When Elly from Poppy and Pear Event Styling asked me to photograph a dream Wedding setup she was creating for her clients Haley & Beau, I jumped on the chance! I have worked with Poppy and Pear a few times now and they always, always, always bring magic to the table letting their passion and talent shine through.
When I arrived at Kingsbrook Estate on a warm Autumn afternoon I was in awe. I have never been to this stunning venue and instantly fell in love. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and gorgeous greenery wherever you look, what is not to love! Walking into the conservatory my mouth dropped- it was absolutely one of the most incredibly stunning setups I have ever seen.. ever! (I realise there are a lot of exclamation points in this post but that is because I simply cannot express how gorgeous it was without leaving a voice message so you can hear how excited I am!) As I walked through the ivy covered arched door I was instantly drawn to the fairy lights hanging from a vine covered roof above the Bridal table (some of the vines were existing but a majority of it was expertly placed by P & P). The tables were lined with crisp white table cloths, beautiful place settings, stunning floral arrangements and candles adorned the centre. As a special thank you to their guests Haley and Beau chose to have potted plants with customised ribbon created by P & P. I didn’t want to leave the reception setup but we headed over to the lawn area where Haley and Beau were to be married. Custom signs, lanterns, fairy lights and native arrangements created a simple but stunning Ceremony setup. The eye for detail that Poppy and pear Event Styling have is something special and I feel truly grateful to have been asked to photograph the magic xo
