Samantha + Steve | Adelaide Hills Wedding Highlights

Samantha and Steve first met at a Wedding, Sam’s friend from Uni was marrying Steve’s cousin. It took all day and night for Steve to muster up the courage to go and talk to Samantha but at the very end of the Wedding he did! Well that was it, they fell in love and have been inseparable ever since.

Fast forward four years to a beautiful, warm and sunny day in the Adelaide Hills. Marrying in the Woodside Uniting Church surrounded by their nearest and dearest (some even travelling from the UK) they then moved to guests Barrister’s Block for their Reception. The Block is an absolutely stunning property with vineyard out the back, a forest to the side and a small lake home to ducks, geese and deer. The Hayshed was transformed into a magical vintage wonderland with drapes, timber chandeliers and stunning festoon lighting. Samantha and Steve’s seating chart was cleverly put into categories instead of table numbers, using the locations they were travelling to for their Honeymoon (i.e Paris, Rome) which added a fun, personal twist. Their cake had to be my favourite feature though, elegant white & floral on the front side and a construction site on the back (paying homage to Steve’s work) 🙂

What a stunning day for a sweet, laid back & in love couple. I just loved being apart of it all x
