Tim and Anita’s Wedding Day was one of Love, laughter and the joining of two families. With this outlook in mind their day was nothing short of perfect ❤︎
After meeting on Tinder back in 2014 and discovering they both shared a love of motorbikes, they went riding on their first date. Their second date was at the beach which is where Tim proposed 18 months later. Tim and Anita’s Wedding day started at the Stamford Grand Hotel in Adelaide where they each had a room on different floors. I arrived to Tims room and was greeted by scores of laughter from Tim’s son, Jaydn & Best man Paul (or Polly as everyone knows him), as well as a few nerves. After the boy were ready I then headed to Anita’s room where she was surrounded by her Mum, Joyce, Best Friend/Bridesmaid Kirsten, Tim’s daughter/Bridesmaid Nakia and Flower Girl Skye. Despite the immense nerves by Anita her and the girls were ready in record time. Everyone looked stunning in their dresses and had smiles from ear to ear. Anita’s Dad, Allan arrived and had instant tears when he saw his beautiful Daughter in her Wedding Gown.
Tim and Anita opted for a First Look before their ceremony, downstairs at the hotel bar. The moment Tim turned around and saw his gorgeous Bride I could literally see their nerves washing away and as they hugged there was a beautiful sense of calm. All was right in the world. I then met Tim and the boys at The Gully for a few sneaky drinks before the ceremony.
We then headed to the stunning Glen Ewin Estate for the ceremony. Arriving via a Limo by…. Anita and the girls jumped in the back of her car and drove down the driveway to the entrance. The ceremony was conducted by the lovely Katie Weeks and let me tell you, it was beautiful. Half way through the ceremony Anita called Nakia and Jaydn up to the front. She gifted them with a watch and pledged to love them like her own and always be there for them. As you can imagine there were quite a few tears, from them, their guests and myself! After Tim and Anita were announced as Husband and Wife we headed down to the gorgeous lake and had Bridal Party photos.
What was to follow was a night filled with dancing, laughter, good food and wine, a Bridal couple game hosted by Allan (which slightly backfired and caused immense laughter by everyone) and the delectable cake by The Sweet Tooth Factory.
Tim and Anita, you are such a sweet, generous and loving couple & I wish you and your new family every happiness in this world xo
